ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with the product and engineering to assist in planning, conducting, and analyzing user research studies.
- Participate in usability testing, user interviews, surveys, and other research methods to gather insights on user behavior and preferences.
- Help create and maintain user personas, journey maps, and other ux research deliverables.
- Assist in analyzing research data to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights.
- Contribute to the development of wireframes, prototypes, and design concepts based on user feedback and research findings.
- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to ux research.
- Support the team in preparing and presenting research findings to stakeholders.
QUALIFICATION
- Currently pursuing a degree in design, or a related field.
- Strong interest in user experience design and research.
- Basic understanding of ux research methods and principles.
- Proficiency in using research tools such as usability testing platforms, survey tools, and data analysis software is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented and capable of working in a collaborative team environment.
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and take initiative.
